Qualified to ISEB standard (that's the official qualification; but let's face it, pragmatism is important too) our Test Management methodology is totally transparent, giving you full access to the documentation we produce and the final test results.

It is important to remember, that as your Test Management professional, we will present you with the tools and the backup to run the tests, and offer advice and support as necessary.

Being totally independent means that we will also report, totally unbiased, results of our findings.

As part of our review, when you engage us, we will review:

Your test methods and practices
The technology available to perform the testing
The people and skills available; based on roles and responsibilities

We will also:

Analyse the documentation from the development / business analyst team
Create Test Conditions; i.e. what we will be testing
We will write the Test Scripts
We will run the Test Scripts (if you want us to)
We will produce full reports on the test outcomes.
